Exchanges
We are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges will be made on a case by case basis for the exact original item.

Custom Orders

Customers are responsible to ensure spelling and layout of designs are correct. Once designs are approved by the customer any changes requested prior to production will incur an additional design fee. Changes are unable to made once production begins.

Errors in the approved design are the responsibility of the customer.
