Our Story

This business began during a season of unexpected change.

After an unplanned medical retirement from law enforcement, I found myself facing the question so many people do after their career shifts suddenly: What’s next? A close friend suggested I try embroidery as a creative outlet — something to keep my hands busy and my mind focused. Around that same time, I was gifted a small, single-needle embroidery machine. I had no idea that simple gift would change everything.

What started as curiosity quickly turned into a genuine love for creating. I fell in love with embroidery — the process, the precision, and the satisfaction of watching something come to life stitch by stitch. As my skills grew, so did my passion. I upgraded to a four-needle craft machine, and eventually made the leap to a nine-needle commercial embroidery machine.

I spent countless hours learning everything I could — embroidery techniques, machine care and maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic digitizing. What began as a creative outlet slowly grew into something much bigger.

As the business evolved, so did our capabilities. We expanded into heat-pressed screen prints, direct-to-film (DTF) printing, and FlexStyle emblems. With growth came more investment — a larger 15-needle commercial embroidery machine, not one but two laser engravers, and a commercial direct-to-film printer.

Each piece of equipment represents not just growth, but commitment — to quality, to craftsmanship, and to continually learning and improving. What started as a small idea during a difficult chapter has become a business built on resilience, creativity, and a love for bringing ideas to life.

Today, every order reflects that journey. Each item is created with care, intention, and pride, and I’m incredibly grateful for every customer who supports this small business and allows me to do what I love.

meet the owner

Hi, I’m Teri — the owner and maker behind this shop. I was raised out west and grew up with a strong belief in hard work, integrity, and serving others. I’m currently a Coroner Investigator, an Army veteran, and a retired police officer. Outside of work, I’m a proud fur momma and horse show wifey.

Service has always been at the core of who I am, and that same mindset carries into my small business. I love working with my customers and am always happy to collaborate to bring your ideas to life in a way that feels personal and meaningful. Every item is made to order with care and attention to detail.

You’ll also hear about my husband, Chris — the unofficial quality control officer and idea bouncer. He’s always ready to give honest feedback, catch details, and make sure everything meets our standards (and sometimes talk me out of overthinking 😄).

Thank you for supporting my small business — your trust and support truly mean more than you know.
